Connect the full sales journey.

A sales software company

Qualification, assignment, booking, call intelligence and recorded payments connected through one product.

What the work needed to support

The product needed to carry a lead through a sales process with many owners. A prospect's answers affected qualification and assignment. Calendar state affected the booking. Call outcomes, customer records and payment events then had to agree across the interface, integrations and reporting. Each customer also needed its own branding, configuration and access rules.

What the product supports

Qualify and assign each lead

Use the prospect's answers, scoring and team configuration to determine qualification and select an eligible representative. The assignment becomes part of the booking record, giving operators a way to understand who should take the next action.

Book and manage the meeting

Offer availability, create the calendar event and carry reschedules, cancellations and reassignment through the same lifecycle. Durable booking attempts and reconciliation handle uncertain provider responses so a retry can settle the existing request.

Keep the customer's experience consistent

Apply organisation-specific identity, language and communication settings to public booking, transactional messages, calendar invitations and exports. The same branding boundary validates the configuration before each surface uses it.

Record deals, payments and refunds

Record a manual sale or provider payment against the sales workflow, retain the payment's currency and reflect cumulative refunds. Separate booked value, collected money and amounts still due so the record says what actually happened.

Review a call against the team's method

Turn a transcript into structured analysis and rubric-specific coaching. Stage verdicts carry supporting quotes and timestamps, or an explicit absence of evidence, so a reviewer can inspect the basis for the feedback.

Use shared operational reporting

Read sales outcomes and financial measures through shared definitions across product screens and supported interfaces. Missing or incomplete information remains visible rather than turning into a confident-looking total.

Investigate operational exceptions with an agent

An implemented operations agent can inspect bounded customer and system information through declared tools. Permitted work-queue changes require human approval, a fresh permission check and an idempotent audit record. This describes the implemented controls, not a claim that every channel is live.

Engineering behind the workflow

  • One lifecycle model connects lead intent, booking and sales outcomes, keeping interfaces and integrations on the same definitions.
  • Provider events and durable attempts use explicit identity, duplicate handling and reconciliation rather than treating a timeout as a final answer.
  • Organisation and member permissions apply to product reads and assistant tools. Unsupported organisation-wide answers are refused for restricted members.
  • Shared revenue readers retain recorded currencies, deduplicate sales and bound refund deductions before money reaches a screen or report.
  • AI output uses structured schemas, source evidence and decision safeguards. A model response alone does not define the product's operating truth.
  • Shared design rules, components, tests and observable UI states support review across the product.
  • Deployment, configuration, live behaviour and adoption are separate verification steps.

How the work was approached

Worked with the product and engineering team to define the workflow and the contracts behind it, then implement complete paths across the interface, data and providers. Product decisions were carried through booking, outcomes, payments and AI analysis. Shared definitions, observable failure states and release checks made the work reviewable as the platform evolved.

Scope and evidence

Embedded product and engineering contributor alongside the client's team. Direct work covered architecture, workflow decisions, integrations, booking and payment delivery, AI capabilities and engineering standards. Other engineers also contributed to the platform.

The implementation includes connected lead and booking lifecycles, recorded deals and payments, evidence-backed call analysis and shared operational reporting. Customer branding and member access rules follow those workflows.

  • This account covers selected implementation work delivered with the wider product and engineering team.
  • Autonomous follow-up sequences and wider agent-channel rollout are separate work. Their availability is not implied by the implemented analysis and approval controls.
  • Production availability, adoption and commercial impact depend on the release and customer configuration. They are not quantified in this account.

Tell me what needs to work differently and who depends on it. We can discuss the product, the engineering and the team needed to carry it forward.

The first call starts a conversation. We agree the scope and price of paid work separately.
