Scheduling and sales tracking system

Anonymous — sales-driven organization

01

Context and constraint

Sales reps tracked calls inconsistently. Managers could not trust the numbers. Reporting was manual and late.

02

Imran’s intervention

Defined core objects (people, orgs, roles, meetings/calls, outcomes, follow-ups). Built ingestion pipeline from calendar events and meeting metadata. Defined reporting truth: what counts as an outcome and how attribution works. Built dashboards for rep, manager, and admin views. Added AI only where it creates leverage: summaries, review scoring, actionable follow-ups.

03

Outcome

Delivered ingestion and normalization, outcome taxonomy, dashboards and reporting, and billing/seat management. Visibility became real-time and the business stopped relying on spreadsheets.
